Theme: “Research on patient-centred interprofessional collaboration in primary care”.
Deadline to send in abstracts: 30 June 2012
The theme will explore:
Coordination at the interface between primary care and other levels of (health) care, with other professionals in primary care, and medical specialists of other disciplines
Effective methods of inter-professional education and teaching management skills to future GPs.
Mixed method studies measuring patient perspectives and preferences
Comparing different approaches/models of primary health care in the community – regarding outcomes with respect to both individual health and community needs.
Also focussing on some particular research methods
Mixed methods to study one theme out of different perspectives
Action research
Research focused on health outcomes or assessing quality of life instead of focusing on patient satisfaction and service uptake
